Andy and his team were amazing and helped us find our perfect forever home!

Andy is on top of it, so I did not have to worry at all! He made this sale happen in a tough market to sell, knowing I needed to be out before the Holidays. He knows real estate and delivers! I am very much appreciative of his hard work on selling my home. Also, the photos and brochure were beautiful!

We originally purchased our home with Andy's help, so when it was time to sell, Andy was the first person we thought of. His longtime experience in real estate is an asset, as well as his responsiveness and good-natured approach to the challenges of selling a home. He has great connections with contractors when things came up during our house inspection (i.e. roof, plumbing), which made the process even easier. Overall we were happy with our experience in this challenging market and would recommend Andy to anyone looking to sell a home in the Denver area.
